Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing the Abaya Shop (FT). We always strive to provide the best service to our customers. So, We would like to explain to you our return policy as follows:
- Refund Period: It is allowed to order the exchange of products at the Fit store within a period not exceeding two weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
- Conditions required for replacement:
- Products must be in their original condition and unused.
- There must be a size error or identifiable quality defect.
- It must include the original packaging and all attachments and items attached.
- How to request a replacement: If you wish to replace the product due to a size error or quality defect, Please do with the following steps:
- Contact us via our Instagram account (f.i.t.ae) or via e-mail (fiit.ae@hotmail.com).
- We may ask you to provide a clear picture of the defective product or the wrong size.
- Shipping costs: The customer bears the return shipping costs to replace the product.
- Order Processing: Once the replacement request has been received and verified, We will process it as soon as possible and send the replacement product.
- Exceptions:
- Returns or exchanges are not allowed if the product is used or damaged due to misuse.
- Returns are not allowed if the return period exceeds two weeks.
